Little junk with Tony Tony Chopper.
For those who don't know One Piece: The title is referring to Chopper's (who is an elk) dream to become a great doctor. To him the Jolly Roger is a flag, under which one can achieve anything. He's the sixth member of the Straw Hat crew.

This is manga? It looks more like traditional, it's got texture, shading, fantastic detail in the foreground, and it's not too cute.

Thank you. The style is not typically anime/manga, but the motive is. (since it's a character of a well known one : ) Ok, I have to admit, I also have some problems with the category-system.
Oh and manga doesn't have to be cute, there is a lot more serious stuff, too. =]
